To secure a date, a 30% deposit is required. Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable. However, it is transferable if notice of change is given at least a month prior to the original date. 
 
In the event that Julia is unable to perform the services agreed upon due to an emergency, illness, or unexpected occurrence a trusted substitute Makeup Artist will be recommended and informed however this will become a separate arrangement between yourself and the new artist and a full refund of the deposit and any monies paid will be given.  
 
All bookings/appointments scheduled to start before 7.00am will incur a surcharge of up to £150.00

BRIDAL TRIAL

Please be aware Bridal Trial appointments will be mainly available on weekdays and  Weekend trials are discretionary depending on availability and would need to be discussed with Julia. All trials take place at the studio based in E16. 

 BRIDESMADES BOOKINGS

Please note that 4 bridesmaids are the maximum, and there is no assistance that can be brought along. If the bridal party exceeds the artist's maximum, the client will be required to source another artist independently. 

 PAYMENTS

For all bookings the balance should be paid through bank transfer or cash. You will receive two invoices; one for deposit and one for remaining balance. The final balance is due no earlier than 30 days prior to the wedding date and no later than 1 day prior to the wedding.
 
 SET UP

​

An adequate designated work area should be available for Bridal bookings/ Large bridal parties – including a large table and chair to be available,  preferably a separate room is required in order for the work to be more efficient.
